My finger accidentally slipped to the left and deleted and entry and now I can't get it back. So annoying. Why do you make it so easy to accidentally delete something?

I paid for a lifetime subscription and after an upgrade to the app they've apparently canceled my subscription entirely. I'm now a "free user" and am being forced to subscribe all over again. I've tried to contact them, but there's no way to talk to an actual person, just some AI chatbot.
