The Standard ADHD Clinical Test (free) and the Professional ADHD Clinical Test (paid) are complete instruments for the detection of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and its 15 most frequent comorbidities, in adults and adolescents from the age of 12 years.This free ADHD Test is aimed at Mental Health professionals as a complement to the diagnostic process, however, other people can use it as support to determine if they require professional attention.I- WHAT DOES THE ADHD TEST DIAGNOSE?1. Presence of ADHD:Indicates if the user has, or does not have ADHD (positive or negative presence). The Test calculates the results according to whether you are an adolescent or an adult, according to the clinical criteria relevant to the age range.2. Type of ADHD:Indicates whether the detected ADHD has a mainly presentation: inattentive, hyperactive or if it is combined.3. Inattention and its severity:It shows the intensity of the inattention as a percentage (%) and also the level of clinical severity: mild, moderate or severe.4. Hyperactivity and its severity:It shows the intensity of hyperactivity as a percentage (%) and also indicates the level of clinical severity: mild, moderate or severe.5. Harm perceived by the patient:Indicates the damage caused by ADHD in the user's life, according to the user's own perception.6. Referral:Indicates whether the ADHD symptoms have decreased during the last 6 months (in remission) or not (non-remission).7. Differential diagnosis:Indicates in a general way if the symptoms of ADHD are due to ADHD or if there is a possibility of being caused by other reasons.8. Genetic inheritance:It indicates the probability that ADHD is inherited from the family (it is usual); It should be noted that this result depends on how well the user knows their relatives.9. Comorbidities:In the Standard Version (free) it indicates the number of comorbidities detected (0 to 15). It is suggested to copy them in a note or take a screenshot.IV- VALIDITY AND RELIABILITYThe scientific validity has been verified using a sample of 5228 previously diagnosed cases, obtaining 98% certainty in ADHD and 72% in comorbidities.Descriptive, percentage, ratio and nominal statistical analyzes were performed. The test uses logical and reactive conditions adapted to the common Latin American narrative. The clinical criteria DSM5 (APA), ICD-11 (WHO) and associated neuropsychological symptoms are considered.Applications for adults and adolescents are tabulated differently, according to clinical diagnostic criteria.
