Absolutely brutal. Splitting Keys from the VPN account has been awful. Use another service ... this one is nothing but a pain in the ear.

Total BS. this is garbage service. whole day if screwed having to deal with this. Ditto to so many others - the package that was ExpressVPN + Keys was great as-is. Since their separation, Keys has given me nothing but error messages, busted log-in attempts, and has forced me to remove and re-download it as a web extension in order to return to normal functionality.

Cant even login to use it.
