Often saying page cannot be displayed when trying to log in, or "you do not have access to this application". Clearing cache and cookies, restarting, reinstallling doesn't fix the issue. Sometimes waiting a week will get it to work again for a few days then it happens again. My company went to this tool exclusively and it's been a nightmare and I've been unable to contact my customer base effectively because of it.

It keeps logging me out. plus the extension does not seem to work with my Gmail on Chrome. keeps poping this error message that I need to fix extensions in browser's setting

Good features but very unreliable. Constantly stops working with gmail with no easy way to reconnect. Signing in and out doesn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling the extension doesn't work.
