When I applied for this card. I thought they would be similar to my other credit cards regarding merchants committing fraud. I rent a car with a small rental car out of Denver and this rental car company hasn't released my authorization hold over 30 days. I called them 2 weeks prior & I was advised that the authorization hold will automatic release at 30 days. When I spoke to customer service, now they are saying there's nothing they can do to help me. I'm going to pay this card off & close it.

This is AWFUL. I had a Shell Mastercard, but now I have zero card because my "shipped" card (x2) still hasn't arrived. What a joke. What was Citibank thinking when they chose these morons to take over??

Decent app in general, but terrible customer support. apparently they outsource it so the support barely speaks english, i can hardly understand what they're saying and after explaining to them the problem i was having they didn't understand what I was telling them! I ended up just hanging up since it was clearly going to be more trouble than it was worth to fix my problem
