Been a solid app for years now, reliable, affordable security system. Some 'essential' features only work with paid monitoring plans. But otherwise a really good system, and fair enough pricing if you want more security.

Absolute waste of money, the cameras are all broken in no time, the cable to power them disconnect on its own, I called the support and they created an absolute ridiculous amount of excuses and have done absolutely nothing to solve the issue. I will never buy anything from this company ever again and will definitely not suggest to anyone. stay away, complete rip off

I've had 3 doorbells in 3 years all die randomly bc they won't stay connected, wont update & support can't fix it. I'm on #4 in 34 months. All outside cam charge blocks & 1 cam died. Inside Iota cam can't differentiate between ppl & animals, so can't set the alarm to "Away" status because it thinks my dogs are people & sets off alarm. Support says use Home. Despite location perms being on & my phone being S26 Ultra Abode often won't see location without app being open & wont disable. AwfulSystem
