this is the worst customer service ever I tried to call I get hung up on when all I'm trying to do is tell them to take my payment. I went to chat and asked them the same thing and got kicked out by the agents 5 times. poor customer service I would give it a 0 if I could. this is the second time I am going to file legal actions against this company and turn off the autopay or my lawyers will be calling you
Have leased with them for years and always pay off early. Just paid off a lease for car repairs in less than 90 days, but now my account appears to be "frozen". Can't apply for new lease amount for remaining repairs or at anything else (tried small amount just to see if it would work). I cannot even access the remaining approval on the previous approval amount for the same repair store. Issue has been ongoing since April. Customer Service has been useless. Switched to Koalifi.
