I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app so many times every time I get my tix I have to do this dance.. it freezes on the logo. doesn't let me log in. your I.T. team is not doing a good job with this issue same issue as last year.

I constantly get logged out. Then, when I go to login again, I have to reset my password. The app is very slow. As a ballpark chaser, it is good for being able to buy and access my tickets to every baseball stadium.
