The app had been functioning quite well prior to the server problems. Since then, even though fixes were made, functionality has been intermittent. The camera doesn't always record moments and battery percentage does not record consistently. Have installed, uninstalled and re-installed the app many, many times per tech support instructions, but it has not cleared up the issues. Frustrating.
It's now been over a month since my camera has worked. It will not charge and will not connect. Yet, the indicator light will show green, like it's fully charged or blue, like it's connected. Judging by the reviews of others, there are a lot of issues with this device. I DO NOT recommend!
I love it! right now though it's not filming on nothing except live.
