You have an excellent website and your mobile works good, but this app is ridiculously slow and glitchy. Please, work on fixing it because I love online shopping at your store. Well, now your partnership with Comenity has caused me to close my account and never shop with you again. They actually tried a few illegal fees on my account like charging a late fee a literal week after a store pickup and then trying to pyramid fee the late fee (completely illegal in NY state). Sad end after 10+ yrs.
