my wife got this for my birthday plus plan won't let me upload videos more than 15 seconds. in photos aren't uploading either I'll pick 7 one or two upload or none, so far absolutely horrible. give it a little bit longer and then we're going to get our money back. lovely idea but obviously whoever's running this is not too good at it.

another product that tries to suck you dry with subscriptions. Why would i need to pay monthly to view my own photos?

It was free, but now they want a monthly fee. Ridiculous. I bought the frame and shouldn't have to pay for uploading pics.
