I love this app, always have. I recently got a new android phone and when I try to open the app, it just closes, so frustrating. I tried uninstalling and redownloading and it's doing the same thing

I'm back, again, to get money back... I've disputed and disputed more.... I need direct care with this issue. They took 43 dollars and charged me without any warning and strangely without required biometric authentication to allow release/ purchase of service I wouldn't recommend to anyone or trust again. the free trial (7-Day period) access of premium features that warns when trial was ending. they didn't send the updated warning, only took money I did not permit.
