I made a VIP purchase, didn't receive the rewards. when I emailed them with my receipt attached, they refused to acknowledge that I made payment. So I attached it again with the highlighted sections that prove I made a purchase & they are now ghosting me. You have an ever dwindling fan base, probably best to not do your best to lose more.
