I cannot speak highly enough about this app! I just use the free ones, primarily the one for Pain Relief. I suffer from frequent headaches and this app helps decrease my pain significantly, if not entirely. I sometimes feel so hopeless, but this app gives me hope. And sometimes it works when Ibuprofin won't. I'm so grateful for this app and tapping is a Miracle in my life!

The Tapping Solution has really helped me to feel calmer when I am worried about things and to sleep better. It has also helped my daughters to relax at bedtime and with pre-competition nerves. Very grateful!
