Absolutely disgraceful. Zero stars would be more appropriate. My kids can not use this app. Facebook disabled my account without warning for an alleged breach of Community Standards with no evidence provided. There is no real customer support and no fair way to challenge the decision. I've lost contact with family and community groups I volunteer with, and my children have lost contact with their cousins on Messenger Kids. This is an unacceptable way to treat your users.
