Very annoying app, i didnt even dl it but keeps popping on my notif. Garbage app

i am not using this app, i reset my phone and remove this app since it is pre installed, but why am i still getting notification, this is annoying. I requested for an account deletion but was routed to my heytap account. does heytap shared my details? that is against my privacy!!!!

It keeps on popping even you click the disable and force stop on your phone settings. Its a very suspicious app. I think this is a scam or something for hacking. Can someone teach us how to remove this. Its alarming.
