Fails to deliver more often than not. After waiting 2 hours my order will be canceled. Garbage app, do not bother

I was supposed to get A free bacon burger from Shake Shack with an order over $25. my order cost way more than that and when I received my food I didn't have A free burger. Worst still there's no way to report that on Grubhub. You can only report missing food you have paid for, you can't report when you're missing free food you're supposed to get. I'm ready to dump Grubhub, I should be able to report missing food whether it's paid for or it's supposed to be free.

For the love of God put dark mode back in. I suffer from chronic migraines and on those days I prefer to order something because I'd rather not handle heat and sharp objects when I have to shield my eyes from light. using apps with bright backgrounds is like banging my head against the wall with a side of wanting to throw up. if i have to torture myself just to get food im gonna a go somewhere else
