It pops up at the times I need a little love, or a motivational boost the most! I am thoroughly enjoying the free version and I am glad that I can control how many times per day they pop in, some days I need it more than others.

I love getting these affirmations throughout the day. I can already see a difference in the way I feel in a short amount of time. I have the free version and when my finances improve plan to resubscribe to the premium version, it is well worth it!
