Poor system it's a mess

They’re stealing money. I used the app just once, yet they enrolled me as a member without my knowledge. So I’ve been paying €8 monthly without knowing, while I never even use the app. And on top of that, they won’t refund me. Total scam

Outrageous service. Delivered hot "cold" noodles after a 1.5-hour delay. ​I ordered cold noodle soup, because of the platform's delivery delays, the food took 1.5 hours to arrive. By the time it got to me, the ice had completely melted and the soup was literally warm and unsafe to eat. ​When I requested a completely reasonable refund for the ruined noodles that I can no longer consume, customer service refused. Instead, they insulted me with a $6 coupon that can only be used upon $20 order.
