Sleep monitoring - unable to turn off. Should have the right to privacy and ability to turn off.

I have a new email address & was told that they would have to delete the old email address but I'm scared my medical health information will be deleted can anyone please help me to know that my medical health information will not be deleted??? The doctor always takes his time to listen to me and understand all my other medical issues I have going on with my life. Staff is always friendly.
