LG ThinQ brings your IoT home appliances together in one app so you can control devices remotely, automate daily tasks, and monitor energy usage. Use the Home tab to manage appliances from anywhere, get personalized recommendations based on usage, and explore feature tips. Upgrade device capabilities and add new functions through ThinQ Play, download apps for LG On(AI Home Hub), and tailor features to your lifestyle. Create smart routines (wake-up sequences, vacation power-off), compare and set energy goals with Energy Monitoring, and handle maintenance from troubleshooting to booking service visits. Smart Diagnosis and an AI-powered “Chat with LG” help diagnose issues and answer product-specific questions. The app requests only optional permissions needed for features (location, camera, microphone, nearby devices, etc.) and limits data use to the minimum required for operation.
