can't connect or reconnect phone and watch. there is NO sync button on app to keep syncing with watch and phone. very frustrating

I love this watch and have been using it for 2 years, it works well and the app works smoothly and it's easy to understand. I do however wish I could respond to messages. But just having to respond on my phone will suffice.
