the game keeps shutting down every time I play hero arena or pvp and it's getting annoying and affecting my experience pls fix this

I love the game so funny and I am having a blast I was looking around for a game to play and this one was recommended for me cause it was like these one

been playing for about a year now, tbh I love the game but tbh the pay wall is getting worse and the pull rates are horrendous and unforgiving. recently spent over 1200 diamonds just to get nothing and in last banner for Nemi Meli I got only out pity, which was a selection choice otherwise I wouldn't of gotten it even after all that. yes I know I have a F2P account but wow I'm just sad that it's getting worst to even get a chance of a new character much less upgrade 6 times just to max them out.
