Welcome to the world of Ingress, Agent. The discovery of Exotic Matter (XM) has sparked a covert struggle between two Factions: the Enlightened and the Resistance. The Ingress Scanner is upgraded with XM tech and awaits your decision to join this battle. Explore your surroundings to interact with places of cultural significance—art, landmarks, and monuments—and collect valuable resources using your Ingress Scanner. Choose a side, harness XM to evolve humanity's destiny, and battle for control by linking Portals and forming Control Fields. Collaborate with fellow Agents locally and worldwide; teamwork is key. Agents must be over 13 outside the EEA, or over 16 (or as required by local data laws) inside the EEA; no children may play Ingress.
