I love this app and the layout. it's easy to get started on a run and easy to find Guided runs as well. sweet and simple with amazing Guided runs.

Got sent here by Linda Sun as a way to start running. Totally the best app for beginners. It's everything you need to start with, but to not get too overwhelmed.

this app has HELPED me achieve my goals of becoming a runner. i dredded it at first but it has coaching and that really helped me stay motivated and continue on without losing momentum.
