I would like to provide some feedback regarding the performance and features of the OnePlus Nord CE4. First, the camera quality is below expectations. The images tend to look unnatural due to over-processing, particularly with HDR. I suggest giving users the option to disable the Auto HDR feature by default, allowing them to enable it manually when necessary. It would be great to see a more natural camera output without excessive adjustments to highlights, exposure, and saturation.

App needs improvement. But worst is their customer service as twice in a row my exchange for existing Oneplus 11 was rejected by cashify despite clearing all the tests but Oneplus is least bothered to rectify and sort it with cashify. Oneplus did not even bother to deliver the Oneplus13 despite me making multiple requests.
