Used to be good, but now it freezes, and hangs when searching for items in the store to add to cart. Lags for 10 or 15 mins, and I restart. I just placed an order and before the shopping began I added 3 more items, but they were not included in the order, and my app was showing 10 items. I could not edit the cart until I signed out and signed in again. There are many glitches with this app, and it's becoming frustrating that I will take my shopping elsewhere. App support wasn't helpful.

I'm not going to use "help chat" or whatever. Here's what you get: I tell you what's wrong, and then you go tell it. Here: When I click some items, they don't load. It just says "Service Error," whether they're in stock or not. The error code is 9004. Oddly the safeway app doesn't do this. That's all. *You* look into it. *You* test out your app. *You* fix it. If you want any more out of me, then you *pay me.* Those are THE kindest words you'll get from me. You got it yet? 9004, mf. 9 0 0 4.
