very poor mobile in the world.please do not buy it mobile.

worst service. I purchase a refrigerator from samsung website on EMI. but when my loan disbursed, the order gets vanished from their side. called several times customer care but they are unable to trace my order. so I didn't get my order. and even unable to cancel my loan. got stuck. bcz EMI company is demanding the order cancellation from the merchant company or the dealer. but samsung customer care is saying that they don't have any order. they didnt get the payment.so won't cancel anything.

App gets hanging all the time. unnecessary promotional video playing resulting in entire app and getting laggy. Also the most overrated price with less discount available at all times.. Rather uninstall it and go to other online shopping sites.
