Can't sign in with new update, can't access my credit card info

The "new and exciting" forced app update erased two decades of my purchase history. That's one of the most useful features for anyone trying to remember shades, skincare, or past purchases, and now it's gone. I hope the AI investment was worth sacrificing basic customer experience. And don't reply with the standard "we'll share your feedback with the team." That's not a solution. I could stand outside an AI data center and say the same thing to your team.
