One of the worst service that I receive from Tata Play Binge Box. I feel this is a semi baked product that Tata has launched which really sucks. Every time I use any app on the binge box, it asks me to login. I have to waste my time calling the call center where they guide me through things to fix it. Absolute waste of time and money on this technically deficient piece called Tata Play Binge Box.
Extremely bad experience in Live chat. The person doesn't even listen to the issue and was unable to provide resolution. There is no guidance anywhere to Activate it on TV and what to do when the screen shows....on any web browser. Does it mean that the App will work only on mobile if it is activated on mobile? Which web browser should be explained better and how to access it as well. It gave me a headache. I had to ask the same question 6 times without any answer, of course.
