Why shows free delivery, and when going to check it out, ask to pay 20 or 30% of delivery fee? No thank you, I'm using a different qpp.

Lately this app just doesn't work. Unable to scan and go. It keeps making me pay at the register. And today it switched me to the Walmart app and charged my tax exempt account tax. Getting worse everyday. Today when trying to use scan and go it emptied my cart instead pf transferring to the register. Update...still not working! Nearly 2 months now. Plus my deliveries are constantly wrong. Another month. Still not working.
