I would love to give this app 5 stars but it keeps telling me things are unavailable because I need to update my app, but I have. It's fully updated. My friends can send our pets to workshops but I can't. Is it because I don't have Apple? That's ridiculous.

PLEASE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP I'm desperately trying to get back into my account that I made prior to the email only registration. it's linked to a phone number and I can't get back to my kids (they're safe with my partner but I have no access) I'm absolutely devastated and so incredibly frustrated. if anyone knows anything that can solve this please tell me. I literally can't stop crying rn
