Was looking for a simple tool to do some web annotation after searching through a bunch of results for Chrome extensions. Most of the other tools allow you to draw shapes but for some reason do not allow filling the shape, or selecting, or moving, or some combination of these features is missing. This was the Goldilocks tool I was looking for with not too many features and not to few. Much thanks to those who created it.
