Good app, works well. However, terrible customer service support! All good until you need some help.

I have sold and bought on vinted since 2021 had no bad feedback all 5* reviews. Then I got a message that my account has been banned for scam and fraudulent activity out of the blue!? a decision which I apparently can't appeal. I am so annoyed by this and have no idea why it has happened.
