FoxyProxy is an open-source Chrome proxy manager that replaces Chrome's limited proxying. Use per-tab or URL rules, import/export, and WebRTC control.
FoxyProxy is an open-source Chrome and Firefox extension that fully replaces Chrome's limited proxying features. Owned and developed by the same team since 2006, it requires no paid account—bring your own proxies or use providers you trust. The extension emphasizes privacy and control and includes the source code on GitHub. FoxyProxy lets you switch connections by point-and-click colored icons, by URL patterns (wildcards or regular expressions), or assign proxies per browser tab (up to four). Other highlights include import/export of settings, optional Chrome Sync, keyboard shortcuts, Incognito proxy selection, global domain exclusions, a pattern tester, WebRTC on/off control to reduce IP leaks, and built-in presets for tor/privoxy/psiphon. Permissions are limited to what’s required (proxy, storage, tabs, webRequest, downloads, browsingData, privacy, and host access). No remote code is used by the extension.
