I don’t know what is going on with this tool. Out of nowhere, the variation data is showing as N/A for every ASIN. I was initially told by support that this was due to an API or Amazon-related issue. It was honestly confusing, but the explanation seemed to be that the information was no longer available. However, several peers have told me they are not experiencing this issue. Since then, I have reached out to support three times. The first ticket was marked as resolved even though the issue was not fixed, and no one followed up with me. For the second ticket, someone asked for screenshots, which I provided. Fast forward to a week later, plus a follow-up email from me, and I still have not received a response. I don’t know if annual subscription holders are treated as a lower priority, but at the end of the day, those 12 months eventually come to an end. If this continues, I will cancel my subscription and choose another tool. Subscribers beware.

I find it disrespectful and misleading advertising that they offer a 30-day trial if you connect your Amazon account, which is a complete lie. After connecting it, after an hour, a message appeared saying that the free subscription had ended and that I had to pay, which is an insult to customers. In the end, despite reporting the problem several times, I never received a response, so I never got to try the tool, and it was a waste of time on the part of this company. This way, they will continue to lose even more customers than they already have.

“for me it is good but need a lot of improvements” - I still recommend this tool for Amazon VAs and researchers, but I hope the developers continue improving features. With more updates, ASINZen could easily become one of the best research tools available.
