Your app has really good games. The problem is some of those games dissappear as I move up in levels. Now your app has worsened where I placed #1 and didn't recieve any of my winnings/rewards for a 2nd week in a row. So I finally uninstalled your app.
Frequently, rewards have not been given, and the prize wheel does not appear. The link for their support does NOT work. Edit: this problem has continued.
6/7/26. DO NOT PLAY DAILY CHALLENGE. NO PRIZE AWARDED. Prize collection screen disappears before I have the chance to collect the prize! I screen shot every time about 10 mins before game resets, still no response or help from developers for being top of daily word leaderboard, but new week resets before prize is awarded.
