Tasks for Canvas (now also supporting Blackboard and D2L Brightspace) adds a powerful, non-intrusive to-do sidebar to your LMS. See all active weekly assignments, colored progress rings per course, Gradescope syncing, streak tracking, announcements, and custom tasks. The sidebar shows assignment details (type, due date, points) and provides links, manual completion, filtering by course, and views for past or future weeks. The extension includes an options page for theme, rolling/semester views, list length, and other preferences. It works across Canvas views (Card, List, Recent Activity) and on course pages. Tasks for Canvas is unofficial, stores only local settings, communicates only with the official Canvas API, and does not collect or share user data.
