Be very careful with this cashback website. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that people avoid using it. My account was closed without a clear explanation. I accidentally created two accounts as a first-time user, but I only used one account for normal daily purchases. I did not abuse any promotions or do anything intentionally wrong. After my account was closed, I contacted customer service multiple times, but they never responded or helped resolve the issue. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. A cashback website should not close accounts, keep users’ pending cashback or rewards, and then ignore all customer emails. The customer service is terrible, and there appears to be no accountability or willingness to resolve problems. Everyone should be warned before using this website. In my opinion, it is not trustworthy, and users risk losing their cashback with no real support or explanation.
