I can't even use your app when you send me a code to verify my email I put it in and it says put in a good code there's nothing on my charts anyway guess that means I've never been there

Just moved to the Upper Galleria. Spouse was ill and called EMS. Previous hospital was Memorial at The Woodlands. I asked EMS to take her to Memorial at the Medical Center. I was told that the Center EMS was full and that Southwest was open. We went to SW. Not going to share all the details. Doctors were fine. Complete staff on 9th Floor in D wing were terrible. Finally home after the 266th days in the Memorial Hermann system. DO NOT GO TO SOUTHWEST. Their rating is 2.8, Medical Center is 3.4.
