Dear Team, Facing error "The DSC token is not plugged-in (or) in sleep mode. Re-plug the token and try again" during request approval in EPFO site. Kindly help

As i am using for DSC signing in EPFO portal a message such as script error is appearing . I have tried all the best but it could not be solved. Please suggest the same how to solve the same. Screen shot is attached for your reference.
