I can't download thus on my Samsung galaxy a11 and can't log in fix this app so I can use it

Do Not do free trial. Start your free trial. No commitment. Cancel anytime. This is a lie. I subscribe for trial and only used it for 1-2 days. Normally for free trial subscription I usually cancel same day so I don't forget to cancel but then this company says cancel will cancel trial and I won't be able to watch so I didn't cancel. A couple days later got charged $68. I haven't touched this app since and wasted money.
