Pathetic app, no real customer service. You can't withdraw money from this and they keep on reducing your portfolio in guise of charges if you don't use the app for sometime. Avoid usage else you lose portfolio and your money, I did. Avoid, Avoid, Delete!!!
ticket number: 1620641. My crypto deposit from trading account on hold. It's received to Zebpay wallet on same day but it's on hold over 15 days! When I'm raising ticket they asked sender details.. I provided all the information with screen recording and give all proofs of my bank statement salary slip everything they need. Finally they the sender address is likely risky...not a confirmation..I clearly told them it's legitimate brokerage nothing wrong with them they send my withdrawal on time!!
